The Perceptive Intelligence (PI) index provides a guide to raising one's self-awareness and contribution within the environments of which we are an integral part.
Why The Perceptive Intelligence approach enhances leadership models by encouraging openness in our interactions with both our networks and our environments. Fear-based behaviours causes us to close down, filtering information that could allow us to cultivate pearls of wisdom for our own benefit and ultimately that of our communities. The PI index can be used as a guide to raising our intentions towards higher service.
